Rohit Sharma holds a Master’s degree in law and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2019. Rohit regularly appears at numerous levels of Courts across the Greater Toronto Area, including the Ontario Court of Justice, Superior Court of Justice, Divisional Court and Landlord Tenant Board. He has successfully resolved complex legal matters, including contested custody and access issues, foreign divorce, complicated real estate matters, employment matters and various criminal matters. Rohit’s legal aptitude, knowledge and research appetite distinguishes him from the others. His fearless and courageous argument style makes him favourite of his clients. INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE

During his legal internship, Rohit worked with the Ministry of Industry and Commerce, India on issues relating to Boosting Indian Economy at the time of recession and Food Security Bill. Rohit has three years of experience practicing as a litigation lawyer in District Courts and High Court at Delhi, India in various criminal, family and civil matters.
